When you sign up for a free account with us, you can search and find remote workers on our site.
You can post 1 job but you won't be able to contact the workers you’re interested in, but you can bookmark them for later when you decide you’re ready to hire and upgrade to a professional or premium account.
With respect to our guarantee of 100% satisfaction, customers with a valid complaint about our site would be refunded. Refunds are made for only the last payment, and no refund would be made for payments older than one month. Each customer is entitled to just one refund.

We have two types of paid account: Professional and Premium.
With a Professional account, you’ll be able to contact up to 50 workers per month (only counted when a worker responds to you, we call it a “connection” and post up to 3 jobs per month.
With a Premium account, you’ll be able to contact up to 500 workers and post up to 10 jobs per month.
You can cancel your subscription by clicking on the "SUBSCRIPTION" tab of your account and clicking on “Subscription Details” then click on "Cancel Your Subscription" and your subscription will be cancelled and you won't be rebilled the next month.
After you find the perfect employee, feel free to cancel, you’ll still have access to all the features until your subscription runs out or ends.

No. The $79 plan is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You won’t be charged again, and there’s nothing to cancel.
If you upgrade to the Professional ($199) or Premium ($299) plans, those are recurring monthly subscriptions. You can cancel them any time from your account settings, no phone calls, no hassle.
