I have studied accounting at santiago de cali university, I have worked for sitel as a customer service agent, one of my ahievements was being part of top performance group.
I have developed soft skills so that the client feels comfortable and helped, taking advantage of my abilities with system interfaces as, email, microsoft office, and general softwares.

the certification was for knowledges about registering economical events, payroll calculations, bank consolidations, taxes calculations and declarations through the colombian taxes bureau on their website.
I reinforced my knowledges about english by going to an institute, I got a scholarship and studied at alliance language centers for 3 years. this study has been very fruitful and I used it in call center realm.
